					<description>Hi Denise, Day 40 is an incredible achievement, especially for your first time! I know in the beginning when I approached this I started over I don’t know how many times, definitely too many to count. The fact that you pick it up and start over again is the whole point. It’s not the easiest technique in the world, which is why not too many people do it unless their One-Variable or (X) power is super-human. It’s the discipline, commitment, drive, and intensity to do it “No Matter What” that makes it work. This was one of the catalysts to my MAJOR Transformation. Keep up the good work and stick with it because what you are experiencing is only the beginning of greater things for you. Thank you for sharing your experience.

					<description>Well I'm on Day 40 of my Beginner Performance and I have to admit there have been days when I had to start over because I wasn't reaching full points but I have kept it going and still plan on keeping it going. I honestly don't know if I would stop doing this after 90 days because so far the results have been fantastic. Today I found out I reached my target weight. I feel great. I went from always being tired to having full energy ALL day. I am so much closer to my U.R then I have ever been( I don't even think I knew what it was before) but this map forced me to stop and think about what I want for myself. I have always been a positive person and a determined person but this gave me that push I needed. I'm sooo close to my F(X) goal being reached and I'm psyched. It just helps to clear your mind. I hope this post helps others to find the determination in themselves, to find that inner superhuman being who is perfect. Thanks again.</description>

Next, when you come from that session, immediately take out an index card, write a BIG (X) on the back of it, and now laser-beam your mind onto the (X) target as you again project that image but now this time do it like you were watching a TV clip.  You will in some sessions have a better more clear vision from the relaxed state, that you will take data from, to project into the second session with the card, that is how you know you are moving ahead. Do this for 5 intense minutes.   This combination will bring great results.  Be consistent. That is the key.</description>

Ganzfield is also something I have used in the past with much success.  It is very inexpensive, where a tank for the serious trainer would run close to 20K.  I will make a future post about the Ganzfield.  Great question!  Makes me want to go look for my Ganzfield right now!.  It's VERY potent.</description>
