I was reviewing the last post to make sure I didn’t leave anything out, and I did. Here are the steps again to engage in reality-sport at a “pro” level.
1. Clearly define the objective; your ultimate reality, this is the target that you will be holding as you go through XVR.
2. Write it down clearly and concretely.
3. Accept the idea that everything around you is a living three-dimensional reality-warp of your innermost ideas, thoughts, and beliefs made real. When you recognize this, once and for all, you unleash the full power of the (X). This then puts you in the drivers seat of reality and not at the effect. You take control of your life. When this is fully excepted, you just engaged in Xtreme Viirtual Reality. Now you can play.
4. Train for Ultimate Reality. This then becomes the most hardcore and intense of any training that exists, as now your thoughts and ideas (objective/ultimate reality) will be tested to what appears Real). So its like this. You have this big goal that is the everything you want to be, your ultimate purpose/goal in this life, and as you hold this in mind (THAT ONLY YOU KNOW WHAT IT IS) you engage in Reality, where for some time it MAY APPEAR that this “Ideal” you have in mind, may not happen (or there are challenges). This is reality-sport. Can you train for the Ultimate in an environment that will EXACT your fears and doubts and make them REAL to try bump you off the track of the Ultimate? Now that’s intense!
4B. This is what I left out of the last post. YOU MUST HAVE A RELENTLESS COMMITMENT- AN UNWAVERING BELIEF AND FAITH NO MATTER WHAT TO ACTUALIZE THAT REALITY
( for (X) trainers this will emerge around an intensity voltage of 50 or so (X) power and becomes increasingly more intense from there. At 80 its as good as real. )
5. Ultimate Reality - Engage in XVR - Inhuman Commitment. This is all you need.
The process or the “how” will come out from your intense intention to complete the goal. You will know exactly what to do and when. ( this will be in accord with your superconscious capability which of course is equal to overall (X) voltage. )
Now, where does the technology and techniques come in? Are they useful if this is all you need?. Well they all act as an “increased likelihood” or an “increased potential” that may drastically short-cut your time to actualization…but you in no way “need them”. It depends upon how obsessively driven you are. Being involved in the experiment and then underground reality-sports, I have taken the extreme route and have used different methods and technology at different times. Here is a list of a few:

Everyone thinks that their reality is the “real one”.
Everyone subjectively lives within their own personal reality.
Higher levels of reality and power, beyond the awareness of the person, “do not exist”.
Everyone at the same exact levels of (X) power will agree with the same things about that reality.
Everyone with same levels of reality-power will “group” and “align” with others that also feel the same way about that reality.
Like an electromagnetic field, like attracts alike. (who you hang out with thinks the same way you do, this brings comfort and a kind of allegiance to that particular dimension of reality)
XVR in reality performance, traditionally marks the sport-level that one realizes that they are living in an incredible xtreme virtual reality; where like out of a movie, far worse or incredible than the matrix, that each person is warped in their own personal reality that without information about XVR may go through an entire lifetime thinking that their reality was the only one possible; limitations and all.
The people we hang out with will “think” the same we do.
Like a powerful electromagnetic field we will “pull” events to us that will be in accord with “our world” which will incredibly correspond with the level of reality we are in for “further evidence”.
Through the nature of XVR; our own beliefs and ideas, whether they are negative or positive, will become our VIRTUAL reality; not Real (as in static and not changeable) but VIRTUAL (meaning very real for us and without high-level reality info would not think twice about it, or even ever bring to conscious awareness to EVEN QUESTION such a thing because it is sooooooooo real)
Now this is the most powerful thing to understand and if you don’t get it now, come back to it later and it will make sense…here it is…ANYTHING LESS THAN LIVING OUR ULTIMATE REALITY MEANS WE ARE ACTUALLY LIVING IN AN “ALTERNATE REALITY”; A DIMENSION OF SUCH VIRTUAL REALITY IMMERSION THAT WE HAVE CREATED OURSELVES, THAT WE THINK IS REAL, WOULD NEVER NEVER NEVER QUESTION IT, AND THUS ARE IMPRISIONED IN.
Reality is variable, not static. The energy behind our reality (how good it is) is based upon a voltage that EMPOWERS a context or field of choice that will then potentiate a field of reality that we then exist in. Just to question the fact that the reality you are in is not the “ultimate possibility” is all you need to start breaking down the chains of your LOCAL REALITY into a more powerful one.
How can you get an instant feedback on what reality-power you are in; ask truthfully, these questions;
what is your level of will-power.
what is your level of “how much you love life”
how much today are you doing all day everything you love to do and is your life’s purpose.
how optimistic are you.
what is your level of self-confidence
what is your level of “drive” in life to become the best you can
how much thought each day is aligned with becoming the absolute best you can absolutely.
what is your expectation in life, future vision, the level of clarity of this image.
Now this is the big wammy. These, will all be the same; AT THE SAME LEVEL OF POWER. There is only one variable. (X).
Your self discipline matches your confidence, which strangely matches your vision, which incredibly will be how you feel about life, which will exact your happiness, optimism, drive for life, the wantingness to be the best you can, and where you are right now to where you could be. Life is an xtreme virtual reality game, where less than 1% of the population know that they are even playing.

This makes sense because I can subjectively verify it experientially………”not real”
Doing what I love and what I was made to do in this Life………………… .at some job I hate
Very high human voltage; (X) power………………………………………………low voltage
The level of (X) power, say 50 volts, is the same as the confidence, 50 volts, is the same as the willpower, 50 volts, is the same as “how much I love life”, 50 volts, which is the same as the clarity of how much you can see your ultimate reality in you mind, 50 volts, there is only one variable, not 1000, you just need to strength train 1 thing, 1 (X) and all will take care of itself.
Basic Strength training for (X) power which is the power behind how you feel right now, the potential of likelihood or reaching your ultimate reality, and your entire destiny as a human being.
1. Develop an ultimate reality
2. Write it down.
3. Accept that everything around you is a three-dimensional living feedback of all of your innermost thoughts, beliefs, and ideas made Real. Unless this is accepted, then one cannot engage in XVR. By thinking a reality is “outside” one self, will make one powerless to change it. The Reality-Gamer must accept it 100%.
By not accepting; game over (well game over by default). There are other sports, including badminton that one might be interested in.
By accepting, mark it with an (X) and begin. You are now engaged in the most powerful, and hardcore of all training that exists. A universe where you will constantly test your thoughts against what seems to be Real.
4. Train for Ultimate Reality. Maximize yourself in all areas simultaneously; physical, mental, virtual. The higher the (X) reality-power, the better these values will be as a consequence of that power. “Superhuman powers” and such are NOT to be trained for directly, (that is actually a negative and will develop a meta-sapien; NOT GOOD)
it’s just that superhuman or supra-normal phenomena is the CONSEQUENCE of a certain of power that “notifies” you that you are at that level, rather than seeking for it itself. This is called the “crossing of the X2 barrier”.
5. Ultimate Reality. (the 500 lb bench press of reality performance)
