Intermediate/Advanced X-TEK: Hyperbaric O2 Chamber

The discovery of “Shock Units” or units of energy that are emanated from the subjective experience of intense exercise has been largely responsible for the exponential increase in (X) strength training and power. These energy units are emitted if during the exercise the intensity of thought, feeling, and subjective breaking into one’s new “PR” or personal record of “how far one has pushed past” their previous intensity limit is broken. To do so takes full throttle power from all systems at the same time; physical, mental, and virtual.

An increase in shock units during exercise means that one has “moved up” in intention power by “breaking through their own 4-minute mile of limitation” during the exercise. This “no-matter-what” past the pain and going past limits is the key-all in all reality performance training. It is extremely grueling and will test and strengthen raw (X) power. Such high-intention training means the body needs high-powered recovery from the intense demand or it is not likely the body will recover; the Hyperbaric O2 Chamber is an excellent recovery technology.

Sessions last from 45minutes to 1 hour. They super-charge the body with oxygen SO the body can recuperate between the intense sessions. I will do 2-3 sessions weekly depending on what my body needs.

Before using the chamber, sessions where I attempted to beat my previous best in shock units (especially legs) would have me recuperating for almost 3 weeks before I could do it again, it was nuts! Now if everything is right on…exact diet, training, and high-powered recovery means utilizing the chamber as well as anti-catabolic microcurrent, russian vibromassage, hydrotherapy, massage, electrical muscle stimulation, psychological techniques, electrosleep, ultrasound, infra-red heat, physiological monitoring (armband), etc. I can cut recovery time by at LEAST 1/3. The more shock units, the more powerful the consciousness.

Increasing shock units is the “muscle mass” of reality performance skill and ability. The more you have, the more powerful the reality and the faster what you hold in mind will actualize. They have become the “holy grail” of reality-sport.

After the hyperbaric chamber I feel great! It’s really awesome. It feels like you are going up in a plane in the beginning because of the air pressure but you get used to it. Recuperating fast between reality performance workouts so you can train harder between workouts is both a science and an art. I get a ton of good advices on what to do and when by being immersed in the “mecca” of reality-altering sports here in Fl. As I learn more stuff I will keep you posted.

O.K. lots of questions.

Let’s do a quick run through and then go over some new stuff that I am getting from the main lab. I have posted some of this before but as our audience widens it may be beneficial periodically to do a quick synopsis to get everyone on the same page. Here goes.

Previously:

In an underground experiment designed to create a superhuman, a hidden power was found that has mind-numbing implications. Project: (X) “Advanced research into human performance has uncovered the hidden variable in creating human beings who are unstoppable. The radical laser beam of intention or (X) expressed as a steel-like will, one-pointed concentration, and enormous drive, is known to be the most determinant factor to ultra-levels of performance.”.

Basically in a nutshell…test subjects who were involved in the experiment found out that that the higher their (X) power was, the more powerful “reality” became. For instance an (X) voltage of say 80volts, (very high) across the board, subjects “saw” reality the same way. They experienced supra-normal phenomena, and began to subjectively experience ideas that have been known about reality since the beginning of time but found them in a completely different way. By accident a way to literally “engineer” the next evolution of mankind was developed.

Each person is dominated by a hidden energy, variable in power, that determines how you see reality and how you see yourself. The higher this (X) power, the better things look, the more powerful you feel. An underground experiment was developed to enhance this power which evolved into an underground sport and increased this power to xtreme levels. I was involved in it. I am sharing with you what I know and how it worked for me.

The experiment generated the world’s first (X) man, one who could consciously alter reality, and a a linear “trak” of how it was accomplished was developed (X1, X2, X3) so that the pathway could be replicated; much like the breaking of the 4-Minute mile.

I was a part of the later stages of the experiment and it completely revolutionized my life (more on that later).

Information leaked about the experiment began to “cause” an incredible phenomena. It seemed that anyone who was merely exposed to the info and just leaned about it began to experience supra-levels of confidence, motivation, inspiration …and began seeing reality in a way more powerful way themselves.

“The mere reading of documents from higher reality has been known to radically augment one’s (X) power resulting in immediate supra-enhanced reality performance ability and phenomena. It appears that the exposure to higher levels of reality creates an increased (X) field effect due to the high impact of this information. The mere exposure to this information and how reality works “reformats” how one perceives reality who then has a distinct advantage of knowing the “hidden matrix” behind how all reality phenomena come to be. It is extremely powerful and if the conditions are correct, has the capacity to change one’s life in a positive way forever”.

Now, as this info became more and more widespread, (and my confidentially agreement expired) :o I became very much interested in delivering a more suitable format of this powerful information I learned to the general public in a series of videos called Sci-Fit. I figured that if I could just give back to others some of the stuff that really helped me, that it would be awesome. I started my Sci-Fit campaign which was more-or-less a watered down version of some of the things I learned in the experiment but in a more usable fashion for the masses.

The show was very successful and interest in the experiment and what was found now became known world-wide.

A media company who learned about the experiment thought it was so cool that it should be made into a comic book.

…forgot something

After engaging in XVR and developing an Ultimate Ideal and taking mass action with an attempt in escaping local reality and taking the “red pill” there is one more thing I forgot to throw in there that made a lot of sense after the fact…and it was this. NEVER EVER tell your Ultimate Reality to anyone. What is found is on the day that one decides to make a go for it, it will pull up all the “nay-sayers” saying IT CANNOT BE DONE. I am glad I took this advice in the beginning, as I cannot tell you how many times people did not take the advice and before they had enough confidence in their own self pulled up the booby prize of the nay-sayer and BELIEVED THEM instead. Game over! Actually not many make it pass this point so I wanted to make sure I didn’t forget to throw that in. That’s why its the “ultimate” training ground and the intensity is “inhuman” for a reason. Keep it confidential.

Core of Reality-Sport and XVR?

Any goal that you can hold in your mind backed with an intense faith on a continual basis you can have. The sport of it is, do you have the inhuman drive, the intensity, and the reality performance skill, to keep your mind one-pointed focused on the Ultimate Reality or allow your mind to get sucked into the matrix of local reality and thinking of what you fear and doubt, cutting off all possibility of the ultimate achievement. That is why it is said the Reality is the ultimate training ground. It is awesome.

Explain “Local Reality”?

Local Reality is the dominant reality we perceive. It is primarily what we think of as the “real” world. By increasing (X) power, we see quite easily that what we thought was “reality” was the mere consequence of our expectations and beliefs made “real”. Being trapped in “local” means that one has yet to examine that their beliefs were not necessarily about “reality” itself but one’s own perceptions about it. Each person perceives and experiences “reality” based upon a hidden voltage, or (X) power that dominates consciousness. In a way, the more cloudy the “lens” one sees life, the less power, the more bleak, the more challenging and dark it will appear. The less cloudy “lens” the more power, the more bright, and courage one has. “Reality” is based upon the power of the individual and then projected onto reality. Being “trapped in local” is the phenomena of never ever hearing of such a thing and is why in many ways “reality” is worse than the matrix. Less than 1% ever make it out. Scary but true. Every day I get emails saying that just knowing that one thing gave them a “new chance in life”. Their future becomes unlimited. That is why when people come across the superhuman experiment info they start to have “supra-normal abilities themselves”, which is exactly what happened to me.

Difference between F(X) and Ultimate Reality?

O.K. remember in XVR the goal is to actualize your Ultimate Reality, to hold it in mind, while immersed in a Reality that will project your innermost ideas and thoughts made real (worse than the matrix theory). Now, as it took some time for negative or limited beliefs and ideas to materialize, there will be a little lag time for these new empowered beliefs to take form. But the new ones will emerge in time, AS LONG AS YOU DON’T GET SUCKED INTO LOCAL AND KEEP THE IMAGE CLEAR IN MIND AND NEVER LET GO.

Now, to strive for Ultimate Reality has been called the “ultimate achievement”. This will be the context that you will be operating from. To bring you closer each day to that Ultimate you must have micro-goals that are TIMED AND MEASURABLE that you can “target practice” in achieving. This is called the F(X).

The F(X) is target practice in reaching your Ultimate. F= Fixed Target or Goal in Mind. (X) = Power of the Individual. F(X)= Time lag between Ideal generated and Its actualization into Reality. The greater the (X) power, the faster what is held in mind will actualize.

I like to do the traditional practice in the (X) training called the “intensive” where a specific amount of time is spelled out (usually 3-6 weeks) where a COMMITMENT IS MADE TO ABSOLUTELY ACHIEVE THAT GOAL IN THAT TIME ALLOTMENT. These “intensives” not only strengthen (X) power and give you an idea of where you are in power, but take you closer and closer to the “ultimate achievement”.

It has been recommended that when developing an intensive, that the goal at first (for beginners) that the goal in that specific period of time has about a 50/50 chance of happening. This will be “real” enough to build confidence and to test ability in actualizing what is held in mind to Reality. Kinda like “Jedi training” for reality-sport.

The Physicality and XVR

Most find that when engaging in XVR that goals that seemed impossible before are quite easy. The most routine is that of “weight loss”. Understanding the reality of weight loss puts one in the drivers eat of creating their Ultimate Reality.

(X) power ABOVE 50 volts will eliminate all access body-fat.

The body condition will perfectly mirror your subjective state at any given time giving excellent feedback of how well you are doing in XVR.

To the unaware the person with excess body-fat will imagine first that they just “eat too much”". Upon further discovery they might consider they lack “focus” on a diet. Further examination reveals that they are “unhappy” or “do not feel good about themselves” a little more and “they do not like where they are in life”. In XVR they realize they are emitting a voltage of 20v where lack of discipline, excess body-fat. low confidence, low outlook on life…etc, are all at the same level of perception power. They got caught in the matrix of local reality. Engaging in XVR brought back hope and gained power to find out the only thing that was going on was a low decision on becoming what one can manifesting in these various linear traits, and this can be changed in an instant.

When engaged in XVR (and not losing fat for vanity gain or some amplified egoistic position) and training for the Ultimate, one’s begins to see very clearly that the only reason why they have not lost the weight is that their DECISION was at not enough POWER (aligned with (X) field) to get the job done.

When one makes the DECISION interestingly enough “temptations” do not tempt, the “bread on the table” does not matter, one is SO FAR ABOVE the local reality or matrix that got the there in the first place, they are literally in a NEW DIMENSION of power. They take full control of their life. They are responsible.

First comes the DECISION (aligned with (X) power which will equal one’s will-power, discipline, and fortitude) THEN the “Hey I lost 50 pounds in weight watchers!”. Weight watchers was the aftermath of one day someone saying “I had enough!” So they lose the weight, build the confidence, and life looks GREAT! (same “reality” different voltage)

Now what about having THE BEST diet, cardio program and training? Well now what we are getting to is what was done in the original experiment

…technology used such as basal metabolic rate tests which give exact diet, Vo2 tests giving EXACT cardio requirements, strength inducing technology, peak concentration training, brainwave optimization, etc…but the thing was… all of these ADDED a likelihood, but UNLESS the power of the (X) was above a 50, it didn’t matter WHAT technology a person had, they did not have the power to follow it.

“It’s Worse Than The Matrix” Part 1

Test subjects who propel to high-levels of Reality, take data from that Reality, and disseminate it anonymously to the general public for it’s positive effects have stated over and over that the world is best viewed as xtreme virtual reality where our innermost thoughts and ideas become real as if living in a three-dimensional projection of our own making. This is called XVR.

An xtreme virtual reality in which human test subjects enter into a “computer-simulated world” through an inner subjective interface.

Like a real-life matrix movie, but the only difference being is that we are the one’s who are making the prison by projecting our innermost unconscious fears and limits and then living in it like a three-dimensional hologram. It is then stated that the only thing one needs to do to get out of this self-imposed trap is to unleash an enormous hidden power that few realize exists, the (X) power; and how you do that is to ACTIVATE XVR. It is essential that to get out of the matrix (local reality) you MUST activate XVR. This will create a sort of “mental interface” that will greatly increase the likelihood of achieveing the goal. Next write down with xtreme clarity WHAT reality you want to project. Make it grand, incredible. I write mine down EVERY DAY. It has to be done daily. The more you do it, the more you will believe it will happen.

It should be noted here (and this is what really helped me in the beginning which has made itself true) that there is no known record that an ultimate reality backed with a superhuman intensity and drive having ever been without fulfillment!

Is that not just the best thing ever? Now, when I was first involved in the experiment and was told this I was like “yeah right” (sounded too good to be true), but the reason is that most people are unaware of the LEVEL of INTENSITY IT TAKES. The only thing that has to be done is this…

Can you hold in mind an image, an ultimate reality, with such intensity and drive that no matter what you “see” in XVR you never ever quit? That’s what I did, it worked. Did I first believe it, not really. Is it obvious now. Yes. Is it understandable why less than 1% ever make it out. Absolutely. The drive has to be inhuman, metahuman, to reach the goal but it is possible. …and the fact that so few make it make…it’s

…WORSE THAN THE MATRIX

OK things that I do that STRENGTHEN THE BELIEF, FAITH, AND CLARITY OF THE IMAGE.

This is called FX-Cardio. Anyone can do it. As you begin your cardio session, (I use the (X) as a target) I imagine my Ultimate Reality AS IF it has already happened. I enter into that dimension and add detail, clarity, and “move around” in it. 30 minutes of this concentration greatly increases FAITH.

Again…any Ultimate Reality held within the conscious mind with an inhuman… metahuman…superhuman intensity… and fortified with an absolute FAITH in its realization, MUST be projected into Reality. (It’s true)

This is a simple exercise that will demonstrate how powerful the image you have in mind is. Its called Meditation-X. Simply upload the image in mind and then hold 2 45 pound plates as long as you can as a way of “seeing” how much you want it. Hold it as long as you can.

When it feels like you cannot hold it any longer PULL from the power of the image you are holding and hold it even longer.

This is the essence of the high-intention set. It re-formats exercise into power (X) moves. It isn’t really done for the physicality at all, but the method as a consequence makes the body rock hard.

Friday Night At Underground

Intermediate/Advanced Technique: High-Intention Stimulation

High-Intention Stim is based upon the latest research involving the increasing of the neurological physiology to be able to withstand the intensity generated from a high-intention set. It was found that when a high-powered image is held in mind, and then a set is performed, it would create too much of an increase in intensity; more than the normal body can handle. In the experiment, “russian stimulation” methods were used as a way to increase the neurological response to this increased demand. A protocol was established which worked extremely well is enabling the reality performance athlete to go even further in a set, while holding a powerful image in mind, without the body response becoming overloaded.

At advanced levels, the high-intention set can be so intense that normal human physiology can not handle it. The technology was then used to move beyond normal physiological limits enabling reality performance athletes to go further than they have ever gone before.

Here I am using the russian stim to increase my capacity for intensity when I train triceps. Prior to the tek, my arm would shake and I would not be able to go as far as I could in a set when holding a powerful image in mind.

The technology will contract your muscle way harder than you can. This will increase the neurological response augmenting the capacity for more intensity to be generated. It’s hits the muscle so hard that any more you feel that your arm would rip off.

When I go back now to do a high-intention set (here with the pully pushdown exercise) my body is able to withstand the all-out intensity.

Intermediate XVR.

Technique: Accessing the mind’s hyperspace time dimension (superconscious mind)

Upload an image into the mind and at the same time access the alpha-coherence brainwave speed. This will act much like a worm-hole that connects the mind’s hyperspace time dimension (superconscious capacity) into the local reality greatly increasing actualization speeds.

1. Upload image in mind and set the electroencephalograph to alpha-coherence. Set timer for ten minutes.

2. Input goal into computer for analysis.

3. Test with med-R for levels of belief, conviction, expectation etc. Anything above 80 will emerge. You want to score at least a 60, if not work on detail/clarity.

4. Start session. As much as you can, believe that the pictures in your mind is already Real.

5. You should be able at this point to pull up a M.I. (memory image) an not tell the difference between that one and the one that you just uploaded (good image density)

6. Access brainwave speed and hold the image there when it hits alpha-coherence neuro-feedback.

7. With progression, hold the idea that the event has not only happened but a movie image of what is done AFTER its completion (pushes it even further into acceptance)

8. The event should now feel as if it “already happened” and should not know the difference

9. Test after the session with the same parameters noting increases in belief and confidence of its actualization

10. If done correctly, increases will be made and engaging back in XVR will feel “slightly altered”

Look for synch-signs and continue with the x-map getting a minimum of 1000-1500 points.

How To Set A Goal For XVR for beginners (no x-tek)

Activate XVR.

1. Set an ultimate reality that you intensely desire that you want to project into reality.

2. Absolutely believe that you can achieve the goal.

3. Make the ultimate reality challenging and make it stretch your potential.

4. Write it down. You must write it down. This will program the goal into the mind much like data into a computer.

5. If you have not completed #4 you are just not serious about reality performance and will get your but kicked in reality-sport.

6. Make the ultimate reality clear and with as much detail as possible. Make it Real.

7. Set a deadline to deliver a component of this ultimate reality, a micro-goal of it, that will bring you closer to it. ( 4 weeks is generally a good amount of time; intensive)

8. Understand that the intensity you have in your (X) power will exactly determine the degree of its likelihood of its actualization ( F(X) )

9. Now with the goal, with full activation of XVR, never never never never never never never quit. Then follow step #10.

10. HAVE A CLEAR MENTAL PICTURE THAT YOU CAN HOLD IN YOU MIND AS IF THE GOAL WAS ALREADY ACHIEVED.

FLASH IT OVER AND OVER AGAIN IN YOUR MIND.

HAVE A CLEAR PICTURE OF IT AS IF IT WAS ALREADY IN EXISTENCE AND PLAY THAT PICTURE LIKE A MOVIE ON THE ON THE SCREEN ON YOUR MIND EVERY SPARE MOMENT YOU HAVE AS MUCH AS YOU CAN OVER AND OVER.

-Now build those reality muscles and KICK BUT!

Mass Action

Mass Action is the bombardment of the most powerful reality-info that I have accumulated to increase the potential jump in consciousness and (X) power that will have immediate effects in terms of feeling super-powered, motivated, inspired, and ready to play XVR to the highest levels possible. When I was in the underground experiment, I was given these “sheets” of info that I was to merely just read and not do anything. Data was taken from a number of different tests that measured overall intention power, belief, self-confidence, faith, expectation, will-power, desire, thought-field (the power and quality of thinkingness that radiates form our overall human voltage and (X) power), probability control, conviction, persistence, and XTREME motivation among others looking for increases in these capacities. They found the best of the best of these “potentializers” and they were collected. As a practice now, I review some of these and contemplate on them as a way of training. I thought it would be cool to share with you some of them to show you how I do it.

Here are a few of my favorites which have always shown good results.

11. You Form The Matrix Of Your Reality Through Your Most Dominant Beliefs And Expectations

12. Our Beliefs About Reality Are Not Questioned And Not Recognized As Beliefs About Reality, But Are Thought Of As Characteristics Of Reality Itself

13. Measure Your Self-Confidence, Your Happiness. Your Will-Power, Your Expectations, Your Drive To Be The Best You Can, Your Perceptions About Reality, The Clarity And Detail Of Your Life’s Greatest Purpose. They Will All Be At The Same Level Of Power. There Is Only One Variable. (X).

14. A Human Voltage Held In Mind With An (X) Power Of 80 Or Above Must Be Brought Into Reality

15. The World Is Very Much Like A Multi-Trillion Dollar Xtreme Virtual Reality. At Any Point In Time It Creates A Living Three-Dimensional Replica Of Your Innermost Thoughts And Ideals Made Real.

When I was in the experiment a lot of these I didn’t understand, but now they are obvious. That is how it works. As your reality-power increases you begin to perceive things in a way more powerful way and the subjective validity of these statements are verified though actually experiencing them and not “knowing about” them. To “know about” means that the mind has the info, but it has not been translated into a verifiable subjective experience. But the way that it worked for me is I read and reviewed these anyway which over time not only increased the capacities of self-confidence, faith, and discipline, etc. but I began to intuit the reality of these statements (which are in accord with overall (X) power). The other thing that helped was that when I was at the experiment, that I noticed that each level of human voltage gave the EXACT REPORT of how they thought “reality was”. That really freaked me out because I saw it for myself. Here I was thinking that we all do that reality was “out there”…I mean I never even THOUGHT ABOUT “reality” being subjective or whatever.., I mean, why would you you ever think different???… (worse than the matrix theory).

But when you see first had (like attracts like and the people we hang out with will have the EXACT beliefs of how we think “reality really is” as it brings comfort and stability to that dimension of experience). But what I am getting at here is say EVERYONE at an (X) power of 20 or so thinks that Reality was….”So So”…”Challenging”…”Not Fair”…”Diet is hard”…”No Discipline”…”Don’t like My Job”…”What’s an Ultimate Reality?”…”Not Confident”…BUT this was not say what a “50″ was “reporting” on their “reality”…”Life’s Great!”…”I love my Job!”…”This Diet is easy!”…

It’s almost as if (actually it is the way it is) that each person is merely “reporting” their subjective experience of how they think “reality is”. The more of this power a person has, THE BETTER REALITY IS ACROSS THE BOARD IN ALL AREAS OF LIFE. That is why by just asking someone how they feel about life, I can kinda guess “where they are”. It’s nuts. The implications are beyond staggering. If reality is an “in here” then we can change it and go as high as we want. The only thing is do we have the drive, the intensity, and the commitment, to hold in mind our absolute best reality while engaged in a reality that will project our innermost thoughts, fears and doubts made real, but do it anyway (XVR). Reality IS the Ultimate Training Ground, ESPECIALLY when each person secretly believes that their reality is “the right one” and unless by some great chance (there really is no chance but it sounds good) one comes into this info (like I did) one may go through an entire lifetime thinking that “their reality” was the “only one”. Wow. Just to think about that gives me the shutters. Trapped in a reality of our own making without a “get out of jail free card”. Crazy. Like I said, if you really think about it, it’s worse than the matrix.

“…experiencing incredible phenomena”

Just a quick note to thank the fans from all over the world that are enjoying the site. Thank you Canada, China, Netherlands, Germany, United Kingdom, Sweden, Hong Kong, and France for your support and questions. Thank you!

O.K. This is what happens in a nutshell that I ganked from www.superhuman experiment.com that explains why we feel more powerful, inspired, motivated, super-charged and experience more “coincidences” by merely being exposed to this information. I for one know EXACTLY what you are feeling because when I was exposed to this information in the experiment because these same things happened to me.

As a note to maybe those who haven’t been following along as others, this is the “how” of what is going on.

Test subjects involved in the experiment reach high levels of reality (much like an astronaut reaching the outer limits of space), obtain data from that reality, and disseminate it anonymously (until I came along :o ) to the general public for its intrinsic power and value to others.

That is how I get the info (being in the right place at the right time in the experiment) and thats how there is “Sci-Fit” and a bunch of other things are going on.

Now WHY this info is so powerful, (which many of you have have said by just coming to this site , being exposed to the info, and begin to experience phenomena themselves) is this:

Pics when I went for X2…

X1 begins with elite bodyfat. With a human voltage of (X)50 body fat is easy to eliminate. 12% for women is 100pts. 6% for men. I did good here with 100pts.

Next test is the V02. This tests the one-pointedness of mind. A high one-pointedness of mind is exercised by running to your absolute maximum, breaking the”I Can’t” barrier in mind by pushing past that point when you feel like vomiting and passing out. Not intended for the beginner. I did well here with 89.3pts (62.5 Vo2).

The deadlift tests concentration and control and the laser-beam of intention. 100pts for women is 2x bodyweight, men 3x. I did well here with 92.7pts. (215 deadlift)

I aced the X1 but did not pass the necessary requirements for the X2 which was elite levels of brainwave optimization, peak concentration, and brainwave control. To pass the X2 you must pass both the X1 and the X2 on the same day.

What’s the best way to train in XVR?

The absolute best most maximal way was the underground (X) training that I was involved in in the formal (X) project. It was very radical and intense and is the best reality performance training system ever devised. Much of the techniques that I use for SCI-FIT TV are the re-formatted applications of these techniques that are more appropriate for the general public. The underground training still exists and is where I get the updated info from. If you are familiar with the scoring, I was able to achieve X1 but have not passed X2. As you gain more power, the effects can be measured, much like a thermometer. Although the nonlinear power may be invisible, the effects are not. In X1 you aim the (X) power to eliminate all excess body fat to elite levels, test for elite strength, and must score high on an endurance test (Vo2 Max) as an effect of the power of the one-pointedness of mind (a capacity of the will which is in concordance with the (X) power). Now the thing is, these strengths were not sought after directly but are merely the effect of a high (X) power. The X2 was complete brainwave optimization, peak concentration ability, and brainwave control. The X2 is passed when both X1 and X2 are achieved on the same day. This is called breaking the X2 barrier. It was discovered that the human voltage or (X) power that it took to achieve this feat was parallel with one’s consciousness bypassing mentalization and being transformed into a more nonlinear consciousness. It was at this level of (X) power, in accord with higher levels of reality, that superhuman phenomena and rare experiential subjective states were noted in everyone who had passed these barriers. These included increased probability control and accelerated “what is held in mind” actualization, among others. These again are not sought of directly, but merely were the consequence of a high-level reality that was able to be tracked and tested with conventional “human performance” analysis.

So back to the question (oops!).

1. The best way to train for XVR is to at first take a data report of how your life is. This is the consequence of what you have been holding in mind, consciously and unconsciously…a mirror image of your innermost thoughts and Ideals projected as real.

It’s a big subject, but just do that for now and follow along. I will have stuff each week that will help more and more. It’s a bit challenging as there are many different levels that come to this site so I try best that I can to have stuff for beginners, intermediates, and “pros” that have been following along for a while.

But, in a way, just to engage in XVR, and to train to actualize your Ultimate Reality, is really all you need. Anything else will just create a greater likelihood of its actualization. I tend to take things to the xtreme. :o

How do I “read” Reality after engaging in XVR?

OK. I am going to gear this towards the beginner since most of the questions are coming from that level…

After following the steps and engaging in XVR, things will start to happen fast that you should be alert to. This is how at beginner levels you will get the information you need to actualize your Ultimate Goal. The Ultimate Goal, being held in mind is in a nonlinear dimension. How it will disperse itself in our linear three-dimensional world will be the following.

1. Intuition. Look for suddenly getting intuitive flashes where the answer to something that you were contemplating about. It will come into the mind whole. That is how you know.

2. “Chance” encounters - (there is no chance but this is being worded for beginner who may not even know higher dimensions of reality exits). Be alert to telephone calls, newspaper ads that attract your attention, , magazines we never read and just open has the exact answer, meeting someone causally that in a conversation will will have the solution. The answers comes in ways not in ways that you would think..but this is the key…now listen YOU ARE EMERGED IN A MULTI-TRILLION DOLLAR XTREME VIRTUAL REALITY GAME AND SHOULD BE EXPECTING IT. The more you believe this to be so, the better the results will be. Period. You must have Faith.

How do we tell if this info is legit?

1. The Idea that we are looking for will come in 100% total and be complete in every area. It will be the IDEAL solution perfectly. That’s XVR.

2, It will be a flash of the obvious, so simple that you will say “Why didn’t I think of that before?”. The reason is and we will get to this later is that the Reality was not there yet, you were not ready for the answer, and the timing was off. The more you do it you see that the info comes from a nonlinear dimension that can in a way see into a potential future that you cannot see, and gives the perfect choice. You only get this as a subjective validity by actually engaging in XVR and seeing it for yourself. After a while it just becomes your primary informational transmission and see how limited regular thought is as those thoughts will be at the same level of energy and power as the mind that thought them. When you come from XVR, you are getting info from an unlimited dimension that knows better than you do.

3. You will feel a burst of joy, energy, and excitement as soon as the Idea hits your mind. It will give you so much instant motivation and inspiration that you will be COMPELLED to do something about it NOW. If you get it at night…you will NOT be able to sleep. It’s as if when it hit it releases a “free energy” coming from a different source.

The more you believe, the better it works.

How to activate XVR?

It has been reported by the top test subjects in the experiment who have achieved some of the highest levels of reality performance ever recorded that the world should be viewed as an ultimate xtreme virtual reality biofeedback system/game that is at exactly every moment is mirroring back to us the EXACT replica of our innermost thoughts and ideals made real.

An xtreme virtual reality in which human test subjects enter into a “computer-simulated world” through an inner subjective interface.

Like a real-life matrix movie, but the only difference being is that we are the one’s who are making the prison by projecting our innermost unconscious fears and limits and then living in it like a three-dimensional hologram. How to activate XVR

2. IGNITION. This means that not only does one accept this virtual dimension, but by decision, intention, and dedication, one commits to going for Ultimate Reality. The highest “score” in XVR. The ability to continuously hold in mind your Ultimate Reality while being in a Reality that will project your innermost fears and objections to reaching it, test after test, to measure your faith, belief, inner strength, (X) power, and reality-altering ability. (less than 1% of the human population has even considered it)

3. ENGAGE: This means that one has now engaged in the most powerful an incredible system of training that is and will ever exist. Reality: The Ultimate Training Ground. A system of such perfection where we test our thoughts against “what appears to be”. Traditionally marked with an (X). “There is only one variable”.

A Very Powerful Thing To Know

ANY IDEAL HELD IN THE MIND WITH AN (X) POWER OF 80 OR ABOVE MUST BE BROUGHT INTO REALITY.

1. Program the goal into the computer system and calibrate for levels of belief and conviction. At 80 or above it is just a matter of time. The goal will be achieved with the exact clarity of that image that is held continuously in mind.

If your scores are not at the level of 80 these are some sport tips.

1. There has to be heated driven intensity to achieve the goal. Your persistence will be the measure of how much belief and faith that you have.

2. Like the pros do in programming the goal in the bio-cybernetic system, what we can do is WRITE IT DOWN. WRITE IT DOWN as if you had the elaborate systems and was programming it into the computer yourself. WRITE IT DOWN, make it specific, make it measurable, and quantifiable.

3. When I am using the cybernetics, the goal always has to be re-calibrated for image density if it does not have these criteria.

4. Make a time-stamp. Have a deadline to when this goal will be actualized. If there is no time, there is no sport. There must be a time set to when to goal will be achieved.

5. And this is the most important step, absolutely believe that the ideal goal has already been achieved and think, feel, and act, as that person would. This is the key to high scores and reality actualization.

ANY GOAL WITH A VOLTAGE OF 80 OR BETTER MUST BE BROUGHT INTO REALITY. THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST POWERFUL AND EXCITING TRAINING PRINCIPLES IN ALL REALITY-SPORT.

The drive has to be intense and inhuman but it can be done. The only thing is do you have the persistence, the faith, and the power to hold that ideal continuously in mind while engaging in XVR. That is the only thing you need to do.

The Ultimate 21-Day Intensive: FX

The world we see is one of effects (FX). Engage in XVR as we talked about in the last post. Develop your Ultimate Ideal, and commit to it. Now, one of the ways to test overall (X) power and strength, much like building a muscle, is called the F(X) or fixed target. This is a COMPONENT or MICRO-GOAL that will bring you closer to the ULTIMATE IDEAL that has about a 50/50 chance of happening (beginner level) that will be actualized in that 21 day intensive period.

Learn the sport. The more techniques you can throw in on top of he BIG 5 from the last post will increase the likelihood of it’s actualization.

Steps Again:

1. Engage in XVR.

2. Develop an ULTIMATE IDEAL.

3. Commit with SUPERHUMAN INTENSITY.

4. Learn as much as you can about the SPORT

5. Play for 21 Days.

In playing, develop an FX or a goal that is a component of the Ultimate Ideal that has a 50/50 chance of actualizing where you can test your thoughts against what “seems to be”. The core of all reality-sport.
