Reality is Incredible.

Where else can you go that an exact replica of what you really believe and expect your life to be…is?

Where else can you go (for free no less) that will give you PRECISELY a 3-D replica of a “reality” that will be EXACTLY what you think about and dwell upon most?

Where is it that you can see that whatever you believe with conviction becomes your “reality”?

Where in the entire cosmos can you go to get a complete diagnostic, without any fancy equipment, of really how you feel deep inside by merely looking at your own personal world?

Tell me where you can go that whatever you intensely desire with an inhuman intensity will objectify in front of you?

Please tell me a better place that whatever you expect with confidence becomes your own future prophecy?

A place that by merely working on the inner, the outer takes care of itself.

An incredible Xtreme Virtual Reality, so perfectly designed, that exactly where you are, your conditions, and everything going on around you is made because it is exactly what is needed for you….for your further growth and performance?

Where the reality-screen that is projected is determined by what we think, and like a joystick, we have complete control over it?

A place that is the ultimate of training…the most hardcore…the most perfect… the most intense…of anything ever or will be developed.

Reality Performance Sports

The difference between taking up reality as a hobby or as a sport is one degree of intensity.  I get a lot of questions about how one can get involved in reality-sports.  Underground sports such as (X) Training are much to extreme for the normal person, so take what you can from what advanced (X) trainers have learned bout reality performance and apply it to your own life.

The Big 3 rules of reality performance apply to all of us.  They are XVR, Probability-X, and FX.  How to kick this all into high gear is with a decision.

Every major breakthrough in reality performance has come from an intense decision.  A decision to play reality as maximum as possible and never, never, never, quit.  It is a drive to see how far you can go VS your self.

It is an inner unrelenting itch that somewhere, something inside you says that there has to be more to this life.  That what I am doing CANNOT be how this life is.

I am telling you right now that there exists inside the power, the (X).  It is in everyone, wanting, thirsting to get out.  I did not know it was there, and then when I found it my whole life changed.

But you have to want it.  You have to want to face yourself and really strive to become what you were made to do in this life.    You have to push yourself harder to know what it is, it is there…believe me

There is an unlimited potential, and (X) power inside of you, that most do not know exists. You must find it.  Your life depends upon it.

With much guidance and planning, I will be opening up an online center for reality performance training in the upcoming weeks.  It will be designed for the person, who like me before, did not know this power was even there.  I will keep you posted.-Amanda

FX

FX: the world we see is one of effects, not cause. The “what we think reality is” is held in mind consciously or unconsciously, and the play-out of that Reality then becomes our “world”. That is why all change must first be mental. We become what we dwell upon. We become what we think about most. The world becomes our own personal universe devised from our own unconscious projections.

Rule#3: The world is one of FX.

Probability-X

Probability-X: for any event in reality, there is a probability or likelihood of that event to actualize, which will be concordant with overall (X) power. The higher the (X) power, the more likely the positive event will actualize into reality.

Overall (X) power will be in accord with the intensity of decision to reach one’s Ultimate Reality.

(X) power will be equal to will-power, expectation power, and the overall power of one’s vision in life. There is only one variable.

(X) power will exact overall discipline, confidence, and supra-normal phenomena.

How to increase this (X) power is what these pages are dedicated to.

Hardcore Reality Performance is the most powerful training that I am aware of that directly trains this capacity.

When one fully realizes that overall (X) power will be in exact accord to every area of life, it will totally out-match any other endeavor.

Reality Performance Sports Rule Book

Reality Performance Sports Rule Book:

1. Recognition of life as XVR (Xtreme Virtual Reality) = where one is in life in exact accord with who on is. Who one is will pull in, like a electromagnetic field, the events and conditions that mirror exactly the prevailing consciousness of that person. By merely witnessing the outer aspects of one’s life, will be an exact replica of one’s inner life. As one progresses in their training, one realizes that there is no “outer” and “inner” but that reality is radically subjective. Again. Who one is at any given point in reality, it the only place that he or she can be, as it in exact accord with the level of reality of who one is. When I first heard this I just played along with it, didn’t really understand it, but now it is obvious. Here is another way to look at it:

Just think for a second that Reality or Life is the result of a mega-gazillion dollar xtreme virtual reality game that at at any point in time you can get an exact score of your reality training by WHERE YOU ARE IN REALITY perfectly. In fact reality is so divinely perfect, that the only place where one can be IS exactly where they are. That is why expectations greet themselves, why how you feel about life = how you feel about yourself. You pull up like a “decision field” that limits a potential thinking that is concordant with the source or power of one’s total (X) capacity.

How you think reality is .IS.

Everyone secretly thinks that their reality is the “Real one”.

As (X) power increases Reality looks “Better”. Did the reality change? or did the person’s perception of it?.

At any point in time what we “see” is in the exact accord with the power of the (X).

When one accepts that Reality is in EXACT accord with who one is, then one has power to change it.

Reality is an “in here” not an “out there”.

Reality then becomes the ULTIMATE BIOFEEDBACK SYSTEM where at any point in time you can see EXACTLY where you are in your training by WHERE you are in Reality. Who we are, and what we are, are the results from our own selves. The multitude of all the decisions, actions, and choices over the years has put us in the very condition that we are in right now. The greatest thing about this is, we can change it at any time.

Reality Check

There has never been a better time in all of history to be able to take advantage of the tremendous breakthroughs involving reality , how it works, and how best to train for it. Just think that just a few years ago that the idea of a “Reality-Sport” and “Performance for Reality” would have seemed fantastic. We are literally soaking in such powerful information that a person has a 1000X more of a chance to hit their Ultimate Reality than at any other time period. Those who have not taken advantage of the info has not either heard of it before, or is not interested in developing themselves to the maximum that one can. When you decide to create your ultimate reality, your ultimate future, you immediately begin to move forward to make that happen.

The training that has come out of the “superhuman experiment” and the subsequent reality performance sports have uncovered the most powerful reality techniques ever known. As a participant in the later stages of the experiment which completely transformed my life, the goal of this blog has been to share the very best of what I know to help others in their own way. I pray that this has been the case.

To use the ideas and techniques presented here will accelerate your life to levels that you would not have dreamed possible. Look around, practice the techniques, and if you have a question, ask. You do create your own reality.

You become what you think about

You become what you think about most. Actually, it’s more like who who are sets up a field within the universe that sets you…much like a magnetic field, precisely into the field of consciousness that is in accord with you. But for simplicity, you do become what you think about most.

One thing I learned for reality performance is to take a “data report” of my reality. Literally a description of the events, and circumstances in my like. With a little introspection, I did indeed find that my expectations, what I thought about, and who I was, was exactly concordant the with the level of reality I was in. The universe is the ultimate gazillion dollar virtual reality game…we all live in our own personal universe set up perfectly to see where we need more training, and how we feel about our life is the exact score. It is unbelievable. Once you re-contextualize the world that way, you will see that it is perfect in its design…especially if you love to train.

Increasing actualization speeds

In the (X) training, the longer you can hold the image in mind while connecting with the alpha coherence brain wave speed the better results one will get in their reality actualization speeds. Reality actualization speeds are the speed in which an image in held in mind and its emergence into reality.  It does not “cause” it, but a high-powered (X) field will affect the infinite quantum potential as it is an contexual influence. Key points:

  1. Hold the image in mind with as much intensity, clarity, and as long as you can in this state.
  2. The more frequent the better
  3. While in the session, believe th reality is already real.

* if you do no have access to the EEG tek, then merely relax and hold the image in mind using the same process.

Beginning Reality-Sport: F(X)

These  steps will increase the likelihood of any goal achievement by 10x or 1000%; it is also the beginning steps to all reality performance

1. Decide exactly what you want in each area of life. This is the Ultimate Reality. Clarity is the key. If you do not know what it is, that decide to find out no matter what as it is the essential substance needed to play Reality and will determine your overall reality performance score in this lifetime.  This will become the “football” that you will hold and train with to its realization. 2. Write it down.

3. Write a Time Target. Intensify the drive in this goal in setting a deadline which acts as a superconductor for the subconscious mind to achieve it. The more powerfful your (X), the greater speed will be it’s actualization. Divide the ultimate goal in segments that appear 50% more than what you think you can achieve and divide in 3-week segments. This will become your target practice to see how much power you have in your (X) strength and through training it will build like a muscle. At the pro level, (X)80 or above, what is held in mind actualizes with speed that would appear superhuman as a consequence of that level of reality.

4. Visualize the Goal as already achieved.  Use the standard formula which includes intensity, frequency, clarity, and duration.

5. Realize that there is only one variable.  Never, never, never, give up.

This becomes the beginning formula for all reality sports which anyone can do, its called the F(X).

F= Fixed Target (X) = Human Voltage

F(X) = degree of likelihood and speed of a mental image/fixed target held in mind and its actualization.

9:10 Review

You cannot want something with an inhuman level of intensity and not have the ability to become it.  Just writing down once what your Ultimate Reality is will give you 1000X better probability of becoming it.  Just once.  Every technique that one does on top of that, will increase it’s probability.  How much you want it, will dictate how much stuff you put on top of that.  When it becomes obsessive, then one takes on reality as a sport.  Just like anything else, the more you find out about it, the more it becomes just like any other sport.  I’m training for the maximum.  Thanks for reading, I hope it helps. 9:10pm

High-Intention sets are the ultimate device for accelerating (X) power and nonlinear strength.  Essentially, one ALL OUT MAXIMAL set is done where you access the wormhole of intention to PULL PAST farther then you ever have gone in intensity.  Whenever you go further than you ever gone prior, you enter into a new domain of power exponentially. In years to come this will be how everybody will train to enhance (X) power.  You heard it here first!.

I wish I had more time to put this together, I may need some staff in a bit to help me out. This is probably the first time this info is getting released to the general public to really how to reality-train…and the thing is, this is just the tip of the ice-burg.

3:45 Intentional Lunch. I will go in this more at a later date as it is involved, but basically a remote laboratory takes data from the armband and gives me exactly what I need to eat each meal based upon my physiology. As you increase in (X) power the body takes a toll as the energy and intensity can wear out the system unless you are careful. This is part of that plan. There is more to it having to do with increasing intention power and making a commitment which increases the overall energy field. Remind me to go over it as it can be life changing. Exact calories, fats, carbohydrates, and protein that my body needs meal for meal.

2nd session update: 10:32am

Review. To accelerate synch-signs and the emergence of a mental image into reality, a sequence of advanced techniques are being performed in an attempt to increase the  acceleration speed of holding something in mind and having it actualize into reality. Base lab is testing out some new parameters for individuals at the beginner/intermediate level of training and they needed a guinea pig :o ).

So far tek used session #1:

  • personal optimization audio with embedded potentializers to inject into subconscious mind = continuous
  • peak concentration targeting to test concentration strength while holding image in mind = 10min
  • standard technique = combo of vocalizing, imaging, and feeling that image in mind is already Real. Test with ESRS

Session #2: Thought Chamber: Using a infra-red sauna, the will is exercised by holding the idea in mind while in intense heat and at the same time exercising the will through the lowering of the heart rate. Exercised will aimed at an ideal in mind will increase activation by as much as 33% . 20 min session followed immediately by: Thought Launching

Thought Launching : This is an exercise that again augments intention power by doing a 1 set gruelling all-out exercise on the bike. The level of “how much you want the idea to actualize” is what is really being exercised. To begin, immediately after the thought chamber. hold the same ideal in mind and begin with a 5 minute warm-up. At the minute #5 do 1 all out grueling all out intense set that is scored at a minimum of 17 on the BORG scale. How much you want the idea to actualize will be how “hard” you push. Re-Test with ESRS.

High-Intensity (X)-Training

O.k.  I am going to test all out a combination of techniques to see what happens in accelerating synch-signs.  I will review the morning workout.  Anyone can use a combo of what I am doing but of course the consequence of the phenomena is a consequence of the (X) power of the individual X the technique X the intensity of intention applied to the technique X strength of probability control = accelerated phenomena of actualization.

1. Wake up: Immediately listen to pre-programmed “personal optimization audio” that contains mixtures of recorded affirmations targeted for my subconscious mind installing all I need for that day in terms of actualizing the event.  Mixture included high-level reality potentilaizers, ultimate reality statement, and targeted confidence builders enhancing probability control.  This will be on continuously.

2. Peak Concentration Targeting: Using the peak concentration device I hold the image in mind that I am targeting to actualize and then simultaneously  intensely concentration on that event being held in mind in sets of around 10seconds on/ 5 seconds off.  10 minute session.  Here is what the screen looks like:  If you don’t have one of these at home, just get out an index card, put an (X) on it, and see yourself and your surroundings, like a movie, of the reality you want to exact in your world.  Do this for ten minutes. WRITE DOWN THE EVENT AND VOCALIZE USING ESRS : I use to begin with this, but in a way I am testing out a new synthesis of techniques for base lab that is more for the person who still has a day job and does not have yet the multi-million dollar reality performance lab to do this all day long as the top test subjects can :o ).  OK now these techniques are all back-to-back.  I am still listening to the audio as I am doing all of these other exercises.  I do the peak concentration, I see the image CLEARLY in mind, and immerse myself in that reality.  This morning session was especially good so Then I immediately after the session AS IF I AM ALREADY IN THAT REALITY WRITE THAT REALITY AS IF IT HAS ALREADY HAPPENED.  Then I will VOCALIZE…now this is important to get good scores on the ESRS (Emotional State Recognition System)…VOCALIZE IT…SEE IT IN YOUR MIND CLEARLY…AND FEEL AS IF IT HAS ALREADY HAPPENED.  Test with the ESRS and you should see that belief and conviction scores should be up.  Around 80 or better the event is just about to emerge and for all intents and purposes is already Real.

OK thats it for the morning on this new schedule.  I will look for synch-signs and then from that data base an afternoon protocol on some updated info I have received to test some things out. Have fun today reality-training. Ciao!

Synch-Signs

Synch-Signs in reality performance are the emergence of the reality being held in mind actually taking form into reality.  They are the speed indicators to how well your reality training program is going.  These can either be indirect or direct.  Indirect synch-signs have no “causal” realationship between you at all.  It is the emergence of the perfect phone call, event, or occurrence that has nothing to do with you, that has happened, that is getting you closer to what you have been holding in mind.  Direct synch-signs are in a way “potentiated” by you and results in a significant shift towards actualizing the reality held in mind.  This would be like taking the initiative in engaging in a conversation about something and then through that conversation something is spoken by either party which is EXACTLY what you needed to hear to spin you off in the proper direction.

IMPORTANT NOTE: as (X) power increases the more that this is so.  At levels about (X)60 and above the world will seem to be “conspiring” to do everything that it can to help you realize your FX or the goal being held in mind.  This is called the reality of the “inverse paranoid”; a consequence of this level of power that everywhere you look. something is being done “out of nowhere” “perfectly” like a huge-scale massive plan to coordinate events to bring about “what you are holding in mind.  Every test subject who has attained this level of reality; (X)60 or above, has verified this state of consciousness. 

I will be testing out some info that I have been getting from base lab in accelerating this phenomena in another post called high-intensity x-training.

How do I get started?

I have been getting numerous questions on where and how to begin in reality performance and (X) building. Here are some guidelines that are essential whether you are just beginning or at the professional level.

All reality-sports are based upon the strengthening of the (X) power; much like building a muscle. the more power you have, the more that you are able to alter reality and increase your reality performance to degress that are superhuman.

Since the “Reality collapse” more and more people are getting into the sport of it and seeing how it all works. One way to measure the strength of your (X) power without having any fancy equipment is the speed of holding an image in mind and its actualization into reality. Another easy test to see where your reality training is is to ask yourself how you feel about life? or how you feel about yourself? Both with be exact and will be concordant with (X) power. The higher your power, the better you feel about yourself, and the better “the world” looks. There is only one variable.

So begin this whole thing by doing one thing. WRITE DOWN your Ultimate Maximum Reality. WRITE DOWN as best you can a Reality to where you are living and being EVERYTHING you can imagine. Write it down, and how intensely you want it will be exaclty the level of probability that you will achieve it. This is called the F(X) and the first “sport level” of reality performance. You have to have a ball in play…to play.

Force field generation scoring

Force field generation is the power-field associated with essentially having a coat of “armour” of all impeding negativity and temptations that may allude one from their goal. One of the best ways to activate high-level force field scoring is to develop an Ultimate Reality. Since we all become what we think about most of the time; to have a goal that we intensely hold in mind will already preclude a near 90-95% of all unwanted thoughts that will make it into our mind if just leave it there to open to these weeds. The more you think about your Ultimate Reality, the more that you will attract the people, events, and ideas that will move you faster to it. This will give you far superior belief scores, expectation scores, as well as thought field and overall human voltage.

Ultimate Reality Training

In all of reality-sports, the main goal is to create the mental equivalent within your mind of what you want to realize in your outer world. The most radical and extreme of this training is called the Ultimate Reality. It is by far the most hardcore of all reality performance sports. Let’s go over some things to know about Ultimate Reality and then go into an exercise that can help one uncover what this reality is.

REALITY PERFORMANCE SPORTS TRAINING

1. Everyone has an ultimate reality. Where one is in life is a % of who they can be. The Ultimate Reality already exists for everyone, so there is never a possibility that you can want to become something with an absolute, inhuman, intense beyond intense drive and not become it…as it is more like, that is who you are as a TOTAL which is pulling you from the present to become it. We are at a % of who we REALLY can become. How can you tell where you are on the reality-o-meter of progress? Just ask your self how you feel about yourself, of life in general, and that will be your score. The less of a % of who we are now…to where we could be, the more lousy we feel, and the more “Life” seems “unfair”. The closer we are to the ultimate, the better we feel and life is “incredible”. Both are unconscious projections from the mind based upon overall (X) power. Reality is radically subjective. So how can we begin to train for Ultimate Reality?

2. To train for Ultimate Reality. one must have an Ultimate Reality. This is a Reality where you are limitless. It is like you spent 10 years thinking about EXACTLY what this life is about…EXACTLY what my purpose in life is. If you won a million dollars would you quit your job? If the answer is yes, then this is a clear indication that you are definitely NOT doing what you were made to do in this life and are wasting this life. There is another decision that may not have dawned on you before; to decide today to do EXACTLY what you were made to do in this life no matter what. Here is a quick way to get some answers; its called 20X

3. 20X. Begin each day with a sheet of paper and right 1-20. In each line write down a component of what you feel would be the Ultimate Reality. Think BIG. Really feel what it would be like to have the opportunity do ANYTHING you want to do in life. What makes you the most happy? What do you really like and enjoy doing? We each have one thing, that found within will makes us the happiest person on the planet. What is the only variable in finding this pot of gold? Well the intensity of course…the (X). If you decide today to never again think or do anything that has nothing to do with Ultimate Reality, you will surely attain it. The intensity has to be severe, meta-human, but the possibility is there available to all of us who wants it badly enough.

4. Continue with Step 3 every morning until you find it. It will be the most powerful exercise that you will ever do. Until one has an Ultimate Reality, ultimate reality performance cannot be attained.

5. Decide right now to go for Ultimate Reality.

5 On/2 Off

Superconscious activation is best done in a 5 days on 2 days off routine.  Again radically clear you mind except for the Ideal and use the immersion techniques Monday - Friday.  On Saturday or Sunday DO NOT THINK OF IT AT ALL.  The superconscious capacity works best in workout loads of extreme intensity followed by nothing.  When the mind is busy elsewhere, the superconscious activity will appear as a sudden flash of the “obviousness” or will direct you to the information you need to actualize the event.  Remember, that Ultimate Realities are already “real” at a certain level, and you are fed the info in a non-linear fashion.  The more (X) power, the more that this is so.

Pro-Level: works especially well with low carbohydrate dieting during the week keeping the mind sharp, and then a carbohydrate load on the weekend making the mind at ease and more into the alpha-theta brainwave pattern; better for transmission.

Reality-Sports and Superconscious Capacity

The superconscious capacity or strength is the core essential in all of reality performance sports. The superconscious capacity is the engine behind the speed and activation of any thought, idea, or goal intensely held in mind being actualized into reality. The stronger the (X) power, the more power the superconscious has.

How to activate superconscious powers.

1. Totally delete everything out of the screen of mind that has nothing to do with Ultimate Reality.

2. With a single-minded, laser-like, ultimate beam of concentration power, hold the Ideal in mind as if it was already Real. (If you have access the the basic XVR system, either play Reality Warp Core, or access the Probability Control Program for practice).

3. The longer you hold the image in mind with extreme inhuman vividness, intensity, duration, and frequency, the more accelerated the goal will appear in reality. (In the reality warp core program, a score of 80 or better for 15-25 minutes will increase actualization speeds by up to 30%).

Vividness = how clearly you see the Ideal in mind

Intensity = the “realness” or emotional excitement BATHED in while you image it

Duration = how long you can hold the mental image in mind constantly.

Frequency = How often you are holding it.

Pro-level Training = completely throw out everything in your mind except the image and bath in it until the synch-sign,  then wait until reality catches up.

Beginner - Use vividness, intensity, duration, and frequency to an image in mind as frequently as possible through-out the day. When something “happens” don’t freak out, as thats how reality works. Just accept it and then move on to bigger projects.
